After thirty years’ experience in the field, we find that contrary to some opinions there are no “cookie cutter” deals, particularly given the turbulent economic times we have seen.  We have helped our governmental clients acquire and convert large private improvements, like golf courses, once the private developer collapsed financially.  We have represented clients whose key employees have been the subject of criminal and employment investigations while the financing was ongoing – and closed the deals successfully.  And we have helped to finance improvements as small as car impound lots and as large as Denver International Airport.
